In November and December – 2024, we have facilitated a fun filled game drive for 33 students and 4 teachers from Marungu and Latika Schools to LUMO Community Wildlife Conservancy.
We conducted an educational session on the importance of wildlife conservation including the possible community benefits.
They also got a chance to visit Lions Bluff Lodge, learning about tourism, its relation to conservation, and its role towards impacting community.
Pupils planted trees at the lodge, for the restoration of the ecosystem.
They were days full of discovery and empowerment for these future champions of wildlife and environmental stewardship. Together we are shaping a generation that values and protects our national heritage, ensuring a sustainable future for all.
