Dental Camp – March 2025
CWC is excited to share the success of our recent Free Dental Camp, held in the LUMO Conservancy area in partnership with the Olmalaika Trust team (led by Kim DeWitt)
At Community & Wildlife Conservation (CWC), we believe that thriving communities are the foundation of successful conservation. Through our regular medical camps, we provide essential healthcare services to underserved communities living near Kenya’s wildlife conservancies—where access to medical care is often limited. Our outreach programs bring together volunteer medical professionals and partners to deliver free consultations, treatments, and health education, improving overall well-being and empowering communities to lead healthier lives.
From general check-ups to specialized services such as dental care, these camps ensure that no one is left behind in the journey toward sustainable development. By addressing critical healthcare needs, we not only improve lives but also strengthen the relationship between communities and conservation efforts—because when people are healthy and supported, they are better able to protect and coexist with the wildlife around them.
